Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Band took place at the Millhouse Institute.

The Band now has a Child Protection Policy in place and this will be given to all members in due course.

Graham Bates and Peter Crossley each gave their reports for the year as MD and Chairman respectively.  Both were very pleased on the progression of the Band during the Year and

Graham commented on the number of occasions the Band was complemented.

The Band is still looking for new members and anyone interested should contact Secretary Richard Searby.

Treasurer, Sandra Eastwood distributed the accounts for perusal and comment.

The elections of the officials for 2008 then took place with the majority remaining in their 2007 positions.  Click here for the current Officials List

Web site reloaded

Regular viewers of the web site will have noticed a hiccup recently where quite a number of pages, especially photo pages, were not being displayed.  

This was caused by the free web space we use being limited to 15Mb of data.  Unfortunately we exceeded that value and have had to delete and reload the whole web site.  Everything should now be OK.  I’m sure someone will let me know if they have a problem.
